We are a Yorkshire-based structural engineering design consultancy with 10 years’ experience of delivering high quality, practical building structure solutions. Structural engineering is all about understanding, predicting, and calculating the stability, strength, and rigidity of built structures. But it’s not just a basic science. It requires creative and innovative thinking, as well as the ability to communicate and work in partnership with a wide range of parties involved in a project. At Jameson Consulting, we combine a reputation for quality amongst architects, contractors, and clients, with a personal, flexible service that sets us apart from larger firms and ensures project delivery is seamless and hassle-free. We have a wide variety of experience from residential new-builds to £5m+ commercial schemes, including conservation repair and healthcare/education sector projects, for our clients across the UK, tailoring our approach to suit their individual needs. We work with latest 3D analysis and BIM products from Autodesk, Masterseries and Tekla Structures to design, draw and publish our designs, ensuring both accuracy and best value is achieved. Our good ideas and details may be hidden from view on completed projects, but they are critical to the finished product and it gives us great satisfaction to know we’ve played such an important role.
