JawSpace was born in 2022 when an engineer read a paper on TMD self-management and reached out to the lead author – a world-leading expert in orofacial pain. What began as a conversation turned into a collaboration, and eventually, a spin-in company from Newcastle University (UK). Since then, JawSpace has grown into a global platform helping people manage the everyday challenges of Temporomandibular Disorders (TMD) – from jaw pain and clicking to clenching, headaches, and limited mouth opening.
