About Jay Stewart Coaching

My passion is helping people and organisations to realise their true potential. I first became a manager at the tender age of 23. Since then I have managed countless individuals, scores of teams and led 1000’s of people. I’ve worked with hundreds of people in helping them to overcome their barriers and achieve their potential, so I’ve learnt a thing or two about what motivates and enables potential. As a coach and mentor I work with leaders and managers on the multiple challenges they face and recognising the potential that is always present to be able to solve problems and grow. The biggest constraint we have on reaching our potential is often ourselves. But, getting out of our own way, is often more easily said than done! Moving from the incessant busyness that sometimes feels like just surviving to really thriving as a person and as an organisation requires a shift in mindset. So my mission is to help leaders and managers to have the space to think, explore, be creative and tap into the ocean of possibility to find their solutions. My work with leaders and managers has included helping them to overcome personal and interpersonal challenges, gain skills and knowledge, as well as developing strategies for wider systemic issues. Helping them to find confidence, work with the complexity and uncertainty of leadership, raise performance, reground themselves in values and purpose and explore how their own potential can be realised. For some it may be practical issues. Maybe they’re new to managing people or need to work on how to shift performance culture in the organisation, for others it will be grappling with complex challenges or rediscovering their passion!
