JB Lettings is run by Jan Borthwick, who has long established links to residential lettings services across the Scottish Borders and beyond. At JB Lettings, we pride ourselves on offering a high quality and refreshing level of personal and professional service. Having been both a landlord and a tenant herself over the years, and having built up and managed a successful letting business, Jan brings a wealth of knowledge and personal experience to the market place. Jan has over 20 years experience in lettings having previously been Lettings Manager for John Sale Ltd, staying with the company for many years and through many changes, rising to the post of Associate Director whilst the company was known as Buccleuch John Sale. JB Lettings Ltd was established in October 2016 and since then, we have grown our portfolio to almost 100 managed properties and many more let only properties and have successfully found homes for hundreds of tenants in the Scottish Borders. JB Lettings pride ourselves on providing a personal, friendly and professional service to our landlords and tenants alike. Jan has recently completed Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Certificate in Letting & Managing Residential Property. CIH membership is the highest mark of recognition and indicates that we committed to professionalism and best practice. JB Lettings Ltd is registered on the Scottish Governments' Register of Letting Agents.
