JNY Capital is a boutique real estate investment firm headed by Ezra Unger. Mr. Unger began his involvement in real estate investment in 2013 acquiring assets that showed above average cashflow performance. This includes commercial buildings nationwide and NYC development projects. Current investments include several upscale multi-family developments as well as office and mixed-use projects. During the past five years, JNY has transacted in excess of2 million Square Feet. Acquiring the knowledge of identifying unique opportunities, and successfully closing complex transactions has afforded JNY the ability to source capital from outside investors as well its own capital. JNY’s team includes more than 100 years of diverse real estate experience and currently positioned for growth. JNY’s mission in the coming years is to greatly increase its portfolio. JNY is currently entertaining office, industrial and retail investment opportunities in the range of $30M to $150M and located within established MSA’s throughout the country. As a return driven investor, JNY is capable of acquiring a diverse range of assets classes that exhibit appropriate returns and/or value-add strategies. With a goal to hold a portfolio of stable cash flowing assets, each opportunity is evaluated independently, quantifying its risk and award within the specific opportunity.
