John Cecil Construction LLC is a certified veteran owned 8a small business contractor with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio that has been providing construction services to Federal agencies since 2009. John Cecil is veteran owned 8a certified though the US Small Business Administration Columbus District, HUBZone, DBE, EDGE, and MBE certified. We have completed prime contractor projects for Federal agencies including Defense Logistics Agency, US Air National Guard, US Army Corp of Engineers, US Customs and Border Protection, and US Fish and Wildlife. We currently have active contractor’s licenses for Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, New York, and North Carolina. Our supervisors are all qualified Army Corp Quality Control Managers, versed in the EM-385-1 safety book, OSHA trained, CPR/First Aid Trained, versed and experience in the Army Corp of Engineers QCS quality control and Administration Program, and certified through local unions.
