About Jordan Development Zones
Jordan Development Zones Company (JDZ) is a fully owned Government company that was established in the year 2010 to serve as the Master Developer for The Dead Sea and Ajloun Development Zones. The establishment of the JDZ is intended to set the stage for the engagement of private sector partners to participate in the development of both zones under special commercial terms and conditions. The company works according to commercial basis that is intended to develop the development zones, mainly tourism and services projects which will ultimately enhance the economic growth in Jordan. We offer multiple development agreements, starting from long lease-up to 90 years- going through PPP partnership agreement and also we offer revenue share and we have the option of free hold for some real estate parcels. Accordingly we kindly invite all investors to visit us and look into our master plan and investment opportunities.
