About KC Chic Designs

Ever since Klarisa was a little girl she can remember being excited and inspired by fashion. She was born in Kiev, Ukraine and her parents moved her to the United States when she was eight years old. Klarisa didn’t know English, but all of a sudden she was living in New York City, surrounded by the latest fashion trends. After graduating from NYU she began her career in education. For 12 years she taught students with disabilities, helping them to overcome the obstacles life throws at them. During that same time, Klarisa's personal life was also growing. She married her high school love, Tony, and soon after we began our family. Her parents moved to Florida and Klarisa and Tony decided to make the move as well. Fast forward to April 30, 2016, Klarisa was getting ready to attend a friend’s 30th birthday party and she was out shopping for the perfect accessories to make her outfit. But she found no such accessory. That fashion Spark inside of Klarisa was reignited. She decided that night, if she couldn’t find the perfect statement piece, She would just have to make my own. So with zero jewelry making experience, she began making her own jewelry. Klarisa and Tony started at their kitchen table with the help of our two boys! Tony knew we had discovered something really special, long before Klarisa did. After continuing to teach and grow KC in 2019 she took a leave from teaching and fully dedicated herself to KC and she haven’t looked back yet! KC Chic Designs was running out of their house and Tony and Klarisa oversaw every detail. Tony, being the visionary he is, saw the potential to make genuine connections with people and truly inspire woman through fashion. We continued to build our company by learning to connect with our supporters through Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Social Media Influencers. Now, KC Chic Designs is growing with two office spaces and 12 employees.
