KDA Manufacturing LLC is a progressive contract Engineering, Weld Fabrication ("U", "R" and "S" stamps) and CNC Machine company that specializes in the very large, complex, high precision components for a wide array of industries. KDA Fan Services LLC repair and rebuild Adjustable Pitch Axial Fans and heavy Duty Centrifugal fans. KDA Fan Services can repair, rebuild, or replace your fan's parts, which includes, weld fabrication, machining, stress relieve, sand blast, assemble, test KDA will provide engineering services that will assist our customers in new designs. In addition, KDA will have the ability to reverse engineer products as a result of lost prints, obsolete designs, or incomplete documentation. KDA employs a staff of Project Engineers who act as the internal partners for our customers. These engineers are the primary contact from the quote stage, through the process development, management and shipment of new parts. They insure open communication both internally and externally with our customers. This team of Project Engineers work hand in hand with the programming, manufacturing and quality departments to provide a positive customer experience which includes seeking feedback to continuously improve our service. KDA can provide complete drawings and manufacturing processes to our customers. We have various mechanical development software programs and Cam software programs that will enable us to provide these engineering services including: Autodesk (AutoCad), SolidWorks (3D Modeling and Finite Element Analysis), Mastercam, Surfcam and Vericut (CNC Verification software). Combining these engineering services with our large component manufacturing capabilities is unique and provides a competitive advantage.
