About KeenEye

KeenEye is a software development house that uses best of breed agile and lean methodologies to create great products. We have 3 models that which are : staff augmentation, remote agile teams or project based development. These 3 different approaches are often used at different phases of a project or based on specific corporate culture and/or need. Most of our partners are startups or companies that are ramping up a new product. For these often a project based solution is good as it allows them to get out a POC or MVP out. Then for the long haul development setting up a remote agile team is often the next step. Our in-house staffing option is best suited for larger Blue chip clients. For both staffing and remote agile teams our reactivity and the quality of our team members is very high. Our intervention includes scoping out your technical requirements and helping decide on technology and then finding (in house or hiring) and putting together the agile team. Teams can be made up of permanent members and augmented with part time resources who are only needed at specific times in a project such as a UI/UX expert or a DevOps engineer. We have 4 team members in Europe and 43 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. We have nurtured a flat, inclusive and creative culture and we look to keep that mentality as we grow. Each new member to our team is trained to be open minded, curious, responsible and something that is not often taught but is ever so important which is to be humble. This mentality fosters a great team spirit and a happy energetic group with high velocity Amongst our clients and partners is a startup, leader in the egovernment space, in Europe, a new product ramp up for an established tech company in the automotive space in the USA and an IoT startup in the display media space in Southern Europe.
