Kensington & Chelsea TMO is the largest Tenant Management Organisation in England, managing nearly 10,000 properties on behalf of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We are unique in social housing as the only borough-wide organisation to give tenants genuine control over the management of their homes.
