At Klädesholmen we manufacture herring and fishspread. Most famous is our delicious pickled herring. Herring from Klädesholmen is enjoyed in many forms, both in Sweden and abroad. We manufacture a wide range of salted, spiced and marinated herring products. Everything from Swedish Classics as Pickled herring, Onion and Mustard herring – obvious elements of the Swedish culinary tradition – and exciting new flavors as Cajun herring, Blackcurrant herring and others. As a consumer you can find today the products under our brands Klädesholmen and Alax. A large part of our production is sold to customers who distributes the products in their own brand, known as Private Label.
