Founded in 2009 off the back of a determination, that the construction sector would welcome a fresh approach to designing & building in a fair, transparent, and honest manner, Konstrux easily inked in its positioning slogan of "BUILDING SENSIBLY". Konstrux was introduced into the Saudi Arabian market by way of an exclusive appointment by a renowned German Windows & Doors company, ultimately resulting in its successive evolution in the fields of: - Design - Construction - Supply & Installation of Finished products (Windows, Doors, Office Furniture) With a funky company profile comprising Retail, Commercial, Residential and F&B projects, Konstrux is realizing its ambition of living out its drive and passion for healthy market relationships & beautiful project outcomes! Our latest funky turn-key project is the newly launched BOUNCE Inc. arena in Jeddah, covering a total area of around 3,500 square meters, split into 4 different fun zones, and 2 administrative spaces. The recent launch was a great success, and the feedback received on the project outcome equally as impressive. Other projects include large-scale warehouse-to-office conversions, design of 40,000 square meter combined Offices and Warehouse space, construction of G-Star RAW, Costa Coffee, major renovation and restoration works of private residential villas, beach compounds, and complete construction of new houses and facilities.
