About Kordo Edukacja
We conduct training in soft skills, people management, team building, effective communication, and sales techniques. We also conduct individual mentoring training, preparing for the role of a manager or advising current managers in their current work and further development. When constructing training, we rely on the knowledge and experience of trainers and we support them with examples from real situations from Poland. We specialize in training: - for managerial staff - for sales employees - in interpersonal skills - in the use of computer programs Our team consists of trainers with knowledge and many years of practical experience. This practical experience - especially in the field of management or sales - allows us to quickly build excellent contact with participants. We design educational services based on the real needs and problems of our clients - we always meet before the start of the training and get to know what problem our client wants to solve. Thanks to this, the training goes exactly to the heart of the needs, is interesting and attracts the attention of participants from the first minute until the end. We place great emphasis on audience engagement. We try to convey knowledge in a way that is interesting for the recipient. That is why we use a moderated discussion, we give examples from business experience, and very often also examples from the life of the organization from which the training participants come. Thanks to this, our training is: - engaging and dynamic - because it attracts attention from the very beginning, - is effective - usually from the very beginning participants believe in what we say and an agreement based on trust is created; participants know that what we say leads to changes for the better, - unique in terms of content - we rely not only on theoretical knowledge but on over 20 years of professional experience gained while working and observing the organizations we cooperated with.
