KPM Power is a Canadian company led by founder and president Karen Lai, P.Eng. Karen is a mechanical engineer (B.Sc. from the University of Waterloo, 2001) with strong electrical hardware experience, specializing in lithium ion batteries, telematics, HVAC and floorcare. She has a proven track record helping companies of all sizes solve their technical sourcing challenges to successfully launch products and fulfill their growth potential. Karen has also launched the Anzen lithium battery management system - a certified safe, affordable and customizable BMS for rapid prototyping and faster market entry, and is co-founder of Rocketworx Labs in Toronto.
