L1 Consult - Commercial & Contract Management and Provision of Commercial Project Resources. We carry out commercial & contract management services, and provide skilled and experienced commercial people to construction, civil and infrastructure projects. The company was founded by two Chartered Quantity Surveyors with a passion for providing reliable, and practical professional services to clients and stakeholders. Our objectives are tailored around the needs of our clients in both the public and private sectors, across a broad range of industry categories including roads and bridges, mining, commercial building, marine civils, rail, water & wastewater treatment, tunneling, and other complex civil and infrastructure projects. We understand that robust commercial and contract management play a critical part in the success of any business, with our role being to assist in maximising potential profitability, with a focus on continuous improvement, and maintaining long term client relationships. Strategies and set deliverables are developed and agreed on a case-by-case basis, with our preferred approach being to actively integrate our skilled and experienced team of professionals with our clients, operating in a fully embedded and collaborative team environment. We provide services in an open, honest, and transparent manner during short-, medium-, and long-term placements. We monitor key performance indicators to achieve set targets, which complemented by our lean management structure adds value without compromising the financial success of tenders or live projects.
