About Lby Construction

The story of LBY New Zealand Construction starts in 2017 when our parent company LBY Group in Beijing won the multimillion fit-out contract for the luxurious five-star hotel Park Hyatt Auckland. There was a need for more pragmatic and experienced fit-out contractors who were willing to partner and grow with local businesses and able to better source from the international market. In 2020 LBY successfully delivered the hotel project and has secured quite a few new commercial and residential projects reliant on its professional capabilities. Currently LBY directly employs around 60 permanent staff with multiple ongoing projects throughout Auckland. Over the years LBY has been working closely with over 80 subcontractors and suppliers across the construction industry in New Zealand and has begun to engage in carpentry apprenticeship training efforts in collaboration with training schools and organizations. LBY aims to at all times deliver the upmost levels of projects for our clients and strives to place itself at the forefront of the fit-out sector. Committed to the interior fit-out, LBY hopes to help all enjoy a better living space and work in an efficient working space.
