Le Cashmere is a leading manufacturer of high quality Cashmere knitwear and accessories. The family business started as an artisan based supplier of Cashmere yarn to the local market in 1883. The family started manufacturing garments in 1954 and began supplying Premium Cashmere to Private label customers around the globe. The Company is proud of its reputation in establishing strong reliable relationships with its clients. As the manufacturer Le Cashmere has always offered outstanding price and value. The company is looking to the future through investing in new capacity, which will further improve its flexibility and ability to respond to the demands of the 21st century market. Production Le Cashmere has its own production units in Scotland, United Kingdom with a team of over 45 people on our ‘Made in UK’ luxury labels. Le Cashmere also employs over 275 people in its own knitwear and woven SEDEX approved factories in Kashmir where we uniquely maintain over 250 looms for handmade production. Le Cashmere has its heritage factory employing over 175 people in Chinese controlled Kashmir . In all our factories we use the finest local yarn. Le Cashmere can offer light through to heavy weight cashmere in different gauges according to the seasonal demand. Uniquely we can offer more than 600 Colour choices. Our team maintain the highest QC standards. Design Le Cashmere has its own Design studio in New York, London and Antwerp where our highly qualified design teams are based. Our designers travel the world to ensure our clients are shown exciting and exclusive new creations throughout the year.
