Leader's Edge Academy was founded with a mission to build resilient, adaptable leaders who excel in today’s dynamic business landscape. Seeing a need for hands-on, experience-based leadership training, we combined our expertise to create programs that empower managers and leaders to thrive in challenging environments. Our team brings decades of experience in corporate training, military leadership, organizational development, program management, and executive coaching. Having led teams, managed complex projects, and driven strategic initiatives in both the public and private sectors, we provide training that blends theory with real-world applicability. With deep roots in military special operations, our team specializes in leadership under pressure, strategic planning, team cohesion, and resilience-building. This unique background ensures our training equips leaders to meet challenges with confidence and adaptability. As the only Authorized Training Partner for the nationally recognized Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP®) in the Tampa/St. Pete area, we offer tiered certifications for leaders at every level—from frontline managers to senior executives. RBLP® certifications are supported by the American Council on Education (ACE), listed as a workforce development resource by the U.S. Department of Labor, and funded for military personnel and veterans through the GI Bill® and DoD credentialing programs. Leader’s Edge Academy is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
