Legend Holdings Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Legend Holdings”) was founded in 1984 by Liu Chuanzhi and 10 other researchers with funding from the Computing Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Starting from the IT industry, Legend Holdings has gone through the development of over three decades, and established the innovative business mode of “Investment + Industry”. And now, it is one of the largest diversified holding corporations in China. In 2015, its revenue was about 309.8 billion yuan, and its total asset was about 306.2 billion yuan. Up to December 31, 2015, Legend Holdings had about 75,000 employees.
