About Legendary Patania Jewelry

Frank Patania Sr. opened the first Thunderbird Shop in Sante Fe, New Mexico on the Plaza in 1927, the Patania's then expanded to Tucson, Arizona in 1937. Throughout the decades the Patania’s have created an incredible array of bold and timeless jewelry, which has been collected and recognized by several museums nationwide, including the Smithsonian and the Yale University Art Gallery. Today, the third generation jewelry artist, Sam Patania, continues the Legacy through his own couture artwork which inspires his Patania Collection Jewelry. Legendary Patania also sells Vintage Patania pieces made by Frank Patania Senior and Frank Patania Junior.
