It all started in 1968 when four-time Olympian Les Mills started his first gym in Auckland, New Zealand. Now, 55 years on, Les Mills headquarters in Auckland is the hub of a global revolution – a vibrant destination where the world’s top fitness talent create new ways to get fit, combining music with movement and then taking it to the world. Mixing the freshest exercise trends, fusing science, music, movement, and ground-breaking technology, and doing whatever possible to make life-changing fitness experiences more accessible. Les Mills Nordic emerged in 2005. Our head office is located in Stockholm, the buzzing capital of Sweden. We support our club partners and instructors across 13 countries in Europe. We are passionate about supporting our club partners to find success with group fitness and instructors to find their inspiration and build long-lasting careers.
