David’s grandfather’s, Wayne Cromar and Belden Lewis, were both successful general contractors – Wayne in Salt Lake City and Belden in Cedar City. In 2003 Lewis Development incorporated the name of Arthur Lewis Fine Homes for its custom home division which was derived from forebears William Arthur Jones, who went by Arthur, a businessman and civic leader in Cedar City, and Belden Lewis. Today, Lewis Development represents the tradition and honor of a legacy, and the value of an inspired company pursuing excellence in building. Lewis Development is led by an excellent management team including, David Lewis, President; Mark Peterson, Construction Manager; and Adam Folkman, Project Manager.
