LifeBuddy uses positive psychology to enhance mental and emotional health and well-being. We run workshops and offer development that helps all participants to live their best lives. LifeBuddy will help you and your employees make the rest of your life, the best of your life. We also offer a Life skills community of support and a website full of free resources to help you live a positive and fulfilling life. Full of 'How to' guides, LifeBuddy provides the tools, knowledge, advice and skills to help you make different choices and creat new habits going forward. Importantly, through real life stories, you'll see how it can be done and gain the confidence to make changes in your own life. It is never too late to make the rest of your life, the best yet. Also, TeenBuddy - we provide motivating and practical life skills and positive psychology tools to help young people aged 11 - 19 to create positive and fulfilling lives. Delivered in schools / colleges, our interactive workshop programme is supplemented by You Tube videos featuring young people using and applying the skills. Programme and course content includes: Building Resilience and Grit, Creating Positive Emotions and Relationships, Managing anxiety and Building Self Esteem. Lifebuddy and Teenbuddy are social corporate responsibility companies wholly owned by Perform & Grow ltd, a Business psychology consultancy.
