Lifelong Fitness is a Personal Training Gym that carries with it a higher standard. We require all of our Personal Trainers to have at least a 4 year degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. We believe that this is vitally important to the client for a number of reasons: 1- Saftey: Weight training and other forms of physcial training can have an inherent risk assoicated with it. Our trainers are equipped with the knowledge that minimizes your risk and maximizes your saftey. 2- Individuality: Everybody is different and everybody has different goals. Our format is such that your program will be unique to you and your unique needs. 3-Sustainability: The education that you will receive at LLF will enable your to change your lifestyle permanently so that you can get off the dieting and exercise roller coaster. We teach lifestyle change...not quick fix gimmicky solutions that are destined to fail in the long haul.
