Lilli Zinaman is a mental performance coach to impact-driven founders, investors, and highly-visible leaders. Lilli acts as a strategic partner to clients looking to break through mental blocks or patterns of self-sabotage that hinder their ability to make confident decisions under pressure, sustain new levels of success, and find true fulfillment in the process. Her approach goes beneath the surface, reconnecting clients to a deep sense of intuition and purpose in order to confidently lead themselves and their businesses into an unknown future. Lilli’s ten year corporate career began in the world of rapid-growth NYC startups where she acted as a right-hand to founder CEOs, unpacking their vision for company culture and architecting each aspect of the employee experience to support their extreme growth. She eventually transitioned to San Francisco where she joined LinkedIn’s Workplace Strategy and Research team, building out an internal research program with the aims of understanding how we can use design to enable employees to do phenomenal work. However, it was Lilli’s personal healing journey that inspired her signature approach towards self-development and mental performance. Her early life experiences of adversity sparked an endless curiosity about how people become disconnected from their true selves, and how to create a path back to the deep source of insight we all possess.
