LINC is a nonprofit organization harnessing the power of connection and inclusion to make communities of the Lehigh Valley, Poconos and beyond a place where all people can live, work, and thrive. LINC provides Lehigh Valley and Pocono area employers with premium support to gain a competitive edge in their talent strategies to attract high quality talent to the region and reduce employee turnover. LINC, officially known as Lehigh Valley Inter-Regional Networking & Connecting Consortium provides four key services to employers: - Talent attraction consultations for candidates prior to accepting positions to learn about the Lehigh Valley and supports they will receive when they accept. - Community transition services for early stage professions to C-suite executives to help find the right-fit neighborhood and accommodations, and to provide advice and customized resources to make the transition smooth and create a sense of belonging here in the Valley. - Partner career services aimed to provide dual-income couples with access to networks and expert career guidance to land a new job quickly. - Workplace inclusion programming to facilitate knowledge sharing around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion among Lehigh Valley employers and executives to foster more inclusive workplaces.
