About Live Hope

We are a Community Interest Company composed of housing and social work professionals with the experience and expertise to support tenants with diverse and complex needs. We believe everyone is entitled to the support they need to enjoy independent living, even if they are not quite ready yet. To that end, our mission is to provide enhanced housing management and support services to those able and willing to make that journey. Our houses have a maximum of 6 tenants per property, which helps to promote a cooperative environment. The accommodation provides shared facilities - there are communal living areas, a shared kitchen and shared bathroom - although oftentimes rooms are en-suite. We have a robust assessment process in place to ensure that we are offering placements to individuals who we reasonably believe require support and supervision, who fit into any current house dynamics, to ensure that we can remain risk averse. We support people: With Mental Health Needs Who are experiencing Homelessness or have Housing insecurity With Drug and Alcohol Addiction With Learning Disability Needs Who are fleeing domestic violence Who are fleeing gang violence It is important to us that the service we provide is both holistic and results driven, therefore we ensure that a clear and robust support plan is put in place for all our tenants (working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, where applicable), that is transparent and measurable utilising tools such as the Homeless Outcomes Star to achieve this, as well as the WEMBS (Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale). All tenants are provided with a Keyworker and monitored to ensure that support goals and achievements are on track. Once individuals are deemed well-equipped for independent living (determined via measurable assessment tools, observation & dialogue), we assist them with their move-on into private rented accommodation.
