Over the past 31 years Livett's Launches has developed an enviable reputation for operational excellence. The Livett family have worked the tidal River Thames in London since 1710 and the Managing Director, Chris Livett, Watermen to H.M. Queen Elizabeth II, is actively involved in encouraging the positive usage and development of our great river. As such, we are one of the most experienced boat hire companies working on London's river Thames. Excellence has always been the aim, and over the years the company has branched into a number of fields offering a wide selection of services including: •Services to the TV Film Production Industry - we are proud to be a member of the "London Filming Partnership" and have coordinated major stunt sequences in films such as James Bond and Harry Potter. •Marine Services including contracted safety cover for building of the 'Blade of Light' Millennium Bridge, Painting of the Queen Mary and HMS Belfast as well as a variety of other sites. •Passage planning and transportation. •Specialist marine services for PR stunts, events and product launches on and around the Thames •A full agency service and tailored support package to Super Yachts and Ships visiting London •Towage and salvage on the Thames, her connected waterways and beyond. •We operate and/or own a number of private moorings and piers on the River Thames in London.
