About Logico

Welcome to Logico! Firstly, where did the name come from? Well, back in 2003 when the company was formed, I was looking for a name that represented sound logic, being logical, and the ethos of common sense... I settled on Logico which resonates with all I was looking for. What does Logico do? It's a small management consultancy run by me, Barry Molloy, and specialising in Programme and Change Management, PMOs, and Business Strategy. I have experience across the private, public and voluntary / charity sectors, and from most of the functions within, including Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Facilities / Estates Management, Legal, Call / Contact Centres, Procurement and Operational Risk. In addition to programme delivery, I have some specialisms which have been honed over 20+ years including: - Cost Reduction - I have a self developed highly detailed toolkit which can be tailored to your organisation to identify where cost can be reduced - Merger & Acquisition Integration - another self developed toolkit to document all the requirements to integrate businesses and / or functions - Strategy - I've conducted external market and internal operational strategy for a number of different organisation types including using all the usual tools such as PESTLE, SWOT, etc. - PMO - I've set up and managed some huge PMOs, and have been Head of PMO on 3 different occasions.
