At Lowland Cooperage, we believe in raising the standard, one cask at a time. Founded by a working cooper, our business is built on craftsmanship, not committees. Every barrel that comes through our doors is handled by hands that know the trade inside and out. We’re not here to cut corners or follow the crowd, we’re here to lead the way in quality, consistency, and trust. Based in Denny, Scotland, we specialise in the repair and rejuvenation of oak casks for the whisky and wine industry. From broken staves to full rebuilds, our work is rooted in tradition but driven by precision. We're also shaping the future of the trade by training the next generation of coopers through a rigorous 4-year apprenticeship programme, accredited by the National Federation of Coopers. Our apprentices don’t just learn the basics, they’re mentored every day by some of the most respected coopers in the industry, gaining hands-on experience under master craftsmen who hold them to the highest standard. For our customers, it’s about more than just repairs. It’s about trust.
