Premium Quality Artisan Chocolates Handcrafted in Australia Luka Chocolates was born out of a desire to excel. We offer consistently superior quality product and provide an outstanding level of service. In February 2014, our new factory will be open to the public at 141 Alison Road, Wyong, NSW 2559. You are welcome to watch chocolate demonstrations and enjoy special guided tours available twice per day, and then taste the chocolate which has been created from the original recipes. Freshly handcrafted in Australia in keeping with European traditions of premium chocolate making Extended range of premium handcrafted chocolates (recipe book includes more than 150 recipes) Uncompromising quality, achieved through a genuine passion for the product We use only the finest ingredients: local fresh cream and butter, fine imported liqueurs, all natural flavourings, nuts, fruits and spices, and most importantly, premium Belgian couverture. In keeping with current European trends, part of our range is made using exclusive "Couvertures of Origin". Rather than being couvertures blended from beans from different regions, the cocoa beans in this range are sourced from unique, single, regions around the world, bringing out their individual varietal and regional characteristics. As with wine, these couvertures show "terroir" indeed.
