Make It Home is a full-service Senior Move Management company. We assist older adults and their families with the daunting and, often times, overwhelming physical and emotional process of moving from their current residence to a new home. We also help people who decide to "age in place" by creating a safer and more functional space. Whether it involves downsizing the family home of many decades or rightsizing a retirement home, moving to a senior living community or a place near the grandkids (or beach), the planning and execution of late-life transitions can be hard work and exhausting.
