We are specialized in the use of puzzolanic and latent hydraulic materials such as blast furnace slag and fly ash in the dry mortar industry. In this area, we represent unique and leading technological innovations. Our silicate products provide a long-term solution for your problems with acid attacks. The products are based on our unique binder system technology. The three-dimensional crosslinking of the silicate structures offers the possibility to generate very stable and extremely highly acid resistant systems. This provides the hardened matrix of the silicate binder. Unlike epoxy resins, polyurethanes or vinyl esters the Maleki-products are environmentally friendly and odorless. During the processing of the products special protective equipment can be omitted. Our systems provide the following benefits: • Extreme high chemical resistance (pH 0-14) even concentrated organic and inorganic acids • Temperature resistance up to 1.350°C • Quick and easy application without long waiting times • Water vapor permeable • The application is also possible on a wet surface or under difficult weather influences • Environmentally friendly In addition, we offer a wide range of products from complex layer systems to silicate joint fillers and tile adhesives.
