Consulting PT-systems: We provide consulting services for the design, development, testing, certification/approval process and application of prestressing systems, geotechnical anchors and piles, bridge bearings and other highly loaded structural members. We will develop individual, high-quality and economically efficient solutions with yourself and will ensure that you keep a technological edge over your competitors. We operate a structural lab with forces up to 8 MN. Products: We provide prefabricated anchorage zones (hybrid anchorage) or components for traditional anchorage zones made of high strength concrete. We also fabricate other highly stressed members made of UHPC such as bearings, pile tips or even structural RC members. Our largest product was a single span 11m bridge with higly prestressed UHPC. Consulting/Design of prestressed bridges: In this area we offer mainly engineering consultancy services relating to the use of prestressing systems or stay cables. This includes both the construction of new structures as well as the assessment of existing ones. For that we offer engineering know-how as well as tools like monitoring, testing, simulation etc. Our main clients are market leader in the world-wide PT bussiness and and highway authoritys in central Europe.
