The Owner, Emmanuel Kontchou ( EK ), is an entrepreneur that was inspired to follow in his father’s footsteps, re-creating the business his father had to close after 30 years ago in Cameroon. When one business closed, another one opened. The start of EKs limo business and what followed in 2016 was EK4KIDS, a shuttle service for children. Even after the start of two lucrative businesses’ success, the thought of running a rental car business never left EKs mind. In 2022 EK decided to open a rental car business and bring back the name his father had for his rental business back home ( Auvergne Auto ). Auvergne Auto was named by his father back in 1985 after his trip back from France. So EK decided to bring back the original name and add his initials to make a very unique and close to home name, ” EK Auvergne “. After nearly 9 years of closure of Auvergne Auto in Cameroon, EK is happy to bring back his father’s legacy and is very excited to take this journey to the next level As President and Founder, it is most important to me that every client is treated the way I want to be treated.
