Maven Construction & Environmental, LLC (Maven) is a General Contractor with strong self-performance in roof repair/replacement; Pre Engineered Metal Building installation; facility maintenance and repair; Electrical, Lightning Protection, and HVAC; civil/site/horizontal construction; and demolition and environmental services. Maven was established in October 2008 as a construction/environmental remediation company. Since March 2011, Kathy Parsons has led Maven as Managing Member/CEO, guiding Maven’s steady but moderate growth; establishing contractual relationships with Federal and private clients; and investing in personnel and infrastructure to sustain substantial growth. Over the past seven years, Maven has gained valuable experience locating, selecting, bidding and completing contracts and has established business relationships with numerous Contracting Officers, as well as prime contractors, in the Federal sector. To date, Maven has successfully performed more than 471 projects/$54M over the past seven years, some as a small business prime, and others as a first tier subcontractor for other Federal prime contractors; these projects’ individual values range from $2K to $4.1M. 98% of these projects took place at Federal/DoD facilities in Indiana, Georgia, New York, Mississippi, Florida, Tennessee and Puerto Rico.
