Founded by Kate McLeod — creative consultant, artist, and creative entrepreneur with a Master’s in Acting — ME³ is rooted in the belief that creativity isn’t reserved for the few; it’s a way of thinking that is accessible to everyone. Kate’s method draws from her expertise in perspective work, gained through years of working as a professional actor where coming from yourself to accept the new circumstances of a character was essential for the craft of the work. ME³, distills that same approach to help others access new mental and creative freedom. Through the evolving curriculum, community support, weekly creative consulting opportunities, and curated resources, ME³ is not just a space — it's a practice in your possibility. ME³ exists to challenge binary thinking, expand awareness, and return people to their own authority.
