Our tools are worms, plants, and algae. With worms and plants we can efficiently dewater and strengthen fine sediment, for example freshly deposited dredged sediment or mine tailings. With algae we can flocculate suspended solids and mitigate turbidity. Our services are to design, supply and execute the introduction of natural assets into your project, which will sustainably manage your fine sediment issue for you. Sometimes, this takes to multiply worms into the vast numbers needed at your scale. We do that. Our Most Viable Product are worm farms. A large volume of worms is needed to dewater thousands of cubic meters of mud. Worms are available in nature, but not at the volumes needed at once. We farm the worms endemic to your natural area in the vicinity of your engineering project. To do this, the worms are fed large volumes of regional organic waste. We help your region to get rid of an organic waste stream by transforming it into worm biomass, which we ultimately use to transform dredged sediment or mine tailings into a valuable resource: soil. Not only we use sustainable green solutions at the scale of your project, but also impact the circularity of your region. Nature does it all already, we simply adjust the time scale of your engineering intervention with the time scale of nature, and help you breaking the natural isolation of your project as well.
