MEGALECTRICS LIMITED is a reputable and wholly owned indigenous company with its headquarters in Lagos. The company was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in July of 2001. This includes programming, training and day-to-day management. Megalectrics was in 2007, granted a Radio Broadcast Licence for Lagos. Under this licence, the company is presently operating a youth-targeted Radio Station called “The Beat 99.9FM, from 26, Keffi Street in Lagos. The company also operates Classic FM 97.3, a radio station targeted at the over 35 demographes, from the same address. This is done under a management contract with the licensees – M/S Pinklet Limited. Both stations cover the Lagos region, with potential listenership of over 15 million inhabitants.
