Hi, I’m Jill Williams and I am committed to helping high achieving women find deep rest without resting from doing more—because that’s what high achievers are made to do: more. I get it. I’m a high achiever, too, and here’s what I know: You were not made to do everything, but you kind of do—and you’re burning out, leveling out, or giving up. Something important to you is out of sync.
