About Mid Life Thriving

The life experience and expertise of, and the connection between professional confidence coach, Sophie Carvin of Deror, and nutritional therapist Erica Gibbon of Linden Tree Health, also a functional medicine professional and coach, has grown into Mid Life Thriving - a life-changing programme that provides immediately impactful results that last! Both proponents of Positive Intelligence and based in the UK, Sophie and Erica share a vision that everyone can learn to thrive in mid life as part of the relaxed and supportive virtual community which starts with a 13-week fundamentals programme. This virtual initiative, based on tried-and-tested scientific evidence, uses the acclaimed Positive Intelligence Foundation programme and bespoke teaching materials, including some video learning, coaching techniques, and vibrant discussion to help participants embed processes, tools and skills to optimise their health and mental fitness. Aimed at women in their mid life years, with the support of other members of your cohort, Mid Life Thriving is all about empowering through learning and practice to make small and achievable adjustments that are sustainable over time. On completing the fundamentals programme, access opens to the Mid Life Thriving Academy, which offers one-hour virtual learning sessions, group coaching, longer programmes focused on particular elements, such as digestion and eating, and face-to-face retreats, as well as opportunities to hear from US-based Positive intelligence coach Aaron Listhaus among a range of other experts.
