Mindset Made New helps women own their truth and stand in their power. While working as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Educator, and Certified Strengths Coach, I have had the unique opportunity to witness how unresolved childhood issues influence every area of our lives; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, personal and professional. I have a systematic approach to helping women improve their relationships with themselves, loved ones, friends, and colleagues. Identify your strengths: First you complete an assessment and we discuss your strengths and how to use them to improve your relationships. Assess your current relationships: Once we have identified your strengths, it’s time to assess your expectations, values and goals. This is done by comparing your desires to your current situation. Implement “Be Present”: Next, I show you what’s possible, where the opportunities for positive improvements are and exactly how to make positive connections. In this stage we create a road map with step-by-step instructions to implement the incremental changes that empower you to make lasting change in your relationships. Weekly reviews to monitor and sustain positive relationships: Once we have demonstrated positive interactions, we go a step further and look at how you can continue to experience improved relationships.
