A Colorado native, Rob Montano grew up around construction, working in the concrete industry while his classmates manned paper routes. In his early twenties, he obtained his real estate license and spent 1998-2001 on neighborhood renovations in the Metro Denver area. In 2002, he began work on condo conversions and new builds. In 2008, Rob finished a high-end condo development located in the Denver Highlands, which quickly gained recognition by the media, community and his peers, having sold at the highest value in the area of Denver of that time. Rob then spent five years constructing commercial medical clinics across the country. In 2014, Rob returned to the housing industry by starting a single family community in Castle Rock, Colorado. He also had a new addition to his team – his wife Sarah, a seasoned occupational therapist. “Building homes was always where I saw myself long term,” Rob said. “I always wanted to help people by creating something they have pride in and find comfort in at the end of the day." As a husband and wife team, Rob and Sarah make it their mission to design affordable, attractive homes for families in the metro Denver area. With a strong attention to detail and a dedication to customer satisfaction, Rob and Sarah excel in building value for growing families in the Metro Denver area. “I love helping him do something he has passion for and in which he is talented,” Sarah said. “He’s a perfectionist and brings that to every home he builds.” Sarah manages the office and design center. Outside of work Rob and Sarah enjoy being active, watching their two teenage children play sports, and help their curious, energetic two-year-old learn about the world around her.
