All our programmes have been designed by a team of qualified professional therapists, fully researched and include challenging, stimulating and motivational recreational techniques. Our programmes include, 'Falls prevention', 'Around the world' and 'Engaging late stage Dementia' and many more. We already work with over 800 nursing, residential care, Dementia units, Day Care centres, Learning disability and neurological care homes each MONTH! That's over 20,000 participants per month. We also provide training days for staff members within this sector, sharing best practice among our peers. NHS Hertfordshire approached Motivation & Co. to develop a programme that would address barriers, supporting dementia clients at risk of falls, which would meet the criteria of the GPS Scheme. The results speak for themselves: 66% client stability improvement 55% reduction in hospital visits £78,000 saving on NHS services NOTE THAT THIS DOESN'T EVEN INCLUDE THE COST IMPLICATION ON SAVINGS FOR THE CARE HOME!!
