About Moving Mosaic Therapy & Counseling
Our founders are Katie Dominguez, Lily Gonzalez, & Peter Navarro. We are an inclusive, equitably aimed & operated, sex positive, somatic oriented psychotherapy private practice. We are consciously aware of many systemic issues facing our current world & continue to expand our own personal growth to provide the highest quality of care possible to all identities who work with us. We are three coming together with similar, yet differing, identities and lived experiences aiming to provide a sanctuary to the people we serve and to each other. Our founders and clinicians are licensed mental health professionals in the state of Illinois. We each provide our own unique skill sets, professional expertise, clinical & personal lived experience, and therapeutic care. We’ve collectively provided clinical services in many settings, across the lifespan, and to individuals, relationships, and families with varying degrees of therapeutic needs. We provide therapy and counseling in an outpatient setting. We are a private, clinical psychotherapy practice currently providing virtual therapy and/or in-person therapy. We are not a high level of care establishment such as an IOP/PHP or inpatient level of care. If your concerns require a specific level of care, we may be able to refer you to an appropriate service. People who work with us are typically looking to deepen their understanding of something, to become aware of and perhaps change something, to start something, to end something, to address something, and many other experiences. The work we do with you can be deeply personal and with hope, integrative and transformative. We believe you are the moving mosaic. We believe communities are moving mosaics. All parts are welcomed.
