About Municipal Assessment Services Group Inc
Municipal Assessment Services Group Inc. began business operations in 1995, to offer municipalities in Alberta an option for property assessment services. We provide to our municipal clients, annual assessment services for the preparation of property assessment valuations that are fair & equitable for municipal taxation purposes. In the property assessment process, we follow the guidelines and quality standards set forth and governed by provincial legislation and regulations. We utilize the Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal Assessment Software, CAMAlot, in the property assessment valuation process. An integral part of any relationship is communication; we maintain a strong line of communication and open dialogue with all of our municipal clients. We continually strive to provide the best level of service to our valued municipal clients & their ratepayers. Our offices are located in the Town of Morinville, just north of Edmonton, so we have a very central location to access municipalities in North Central Alberta. We are proud of our proven track record, and we currently provide property assessment services to over 40 municipalities in the Province of Alberta.
