We are a team consisting of a Holistic Nutritionist & Chef serving healthy food that tastes great in the Kitchener Waterloo region. Amanda spent over a decade coaching people on healthy living as a Wellness Consultant. She discovered there was a strong need in the community for a meal prep and delivery company that made healthy food taste delicious. She is passionate about eating well, cooking and helping people. She has always loved cooking for others and brings this love into MVP Meals. Nicky is a very talented Chef who had a dream of owning a catering business. Nicky really enjoys creating recipes, cooking for others and has a strong background in business and human resources. We have combined our passions of healthy eating, cooking, and tasty recipes to take the stress out of healthy eating for busy people. Every meal is carefully crafted with the combined expertise of a Chef and Nutritionist to ensure the meals are balanced, nutritious and full of flavor. We prep and cook in a commercial kitchen located in the heart of downtown Kitchener. We deliver healthy, fresh, balanced and tasty meals that you can heat and eat.
