NRS is unique in that the administrative support is provided by its sister company, Manning Squared LLC (M2). The on-site professional administrative support team has experience in multi-layered contracting and financial servicing. M2 provides NRS with high-quality and cost-effective solutions to complex administrative and financial issues. This professional administrative support team is led by the M2s CEO/CFO who oversees contract negotiations, project billing, contract compliance and reporting, and reconciliation of monthly expenditure reports for all expenses included in project budgets. The success of NRS can be largely attributed to the firm’s capacity to bring together and manage a variety of agencies, individuals, stakeholders, and others. This skill is enhanced by our unique ability to identify common goals among these groups, and effectively communicate the needs of our clients.
