Our journey began in healthcare recruitment, where we specialised in providing nurses and healthcare assistants for temporary and permanent placement within nursing homes, care homes, hospitals, and other care organisations. As our reputation for excellence grew, so did the demand for our services. Our clients began asking us to provide care in the comfort of their own homes, and we rose to the challenge. Today, we offer a range of domiciliary care services both locally and nationally, helping service users to live independently and safely in their own homes. Our name comes from the Shona word "Ndima," which describes a task given to benefit the family and the wider community. Normally, this was in the form of a land one worked on (Ndima) whilst others in the family worked on their own ndima to collectively complete work on a big land.
